April showers bring May flowers they say. Well April showers call for warm soup too :). Pho is the perfect soup for such chilly days! There is a new pho spot that just opened up at The Enclave. 123 Pho opened up just in time to give us some comfort food this chilly April!

This is 123 Pho’s third location with the first two locations in Long Beach and Playa Vista respectively. Their menu consists of appetizers, pho, wok and grill rice and noodle dishes and teas and smoothies.

When I visited here it was a bit chilly and so I definitely had to get pho! One of the nice things about their pho soup here is one can choose up to three meats. I chose to get brisket, meatballs and chicken. One can also choose to get thick or thin noodles. I chose to get thick noodles.

It truly was comfort food. I loved the warm broth and all of the meats were so tender. My favorite was the meatballs but I definitely enjoyed the large chunks of chicken too. The thick noodles were also nice and soft!

Alongside with the pho; I chose to get their bao buns!

I am always a fan of baos and they make some amazing baos here! One can also choose what type of protein to get inside the baos and I chose their lemongrass chicken.

The bao buns made for a great pairing with the pho. I loved the soft buns and flavorful chicken.

123 Pho is another amazing restaurant at The Enclave and I am definitely happy to have this spot for comforting food during chilly days! April sure is bringing some good food ;).
