Tell me you’re Filipino without telling me you’re Filipino 😉

I was so excited to hear that Jollibee is now offering breakfast sandwiches! As a longtime fan, I remember when they used to offer traditional Filipino silog breakfasts back in the day. It’s been years, but breakfast is finally back. Select LA locations are now carrying three different breakfast sandwiches: the Chicken and Waffles Breakfast Sandwich, the Longanisa Breakfast Sandwich, and the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit.
I got to try two of the three — the Chicken and Waffles Breakfast Sandwich and the Longanisa Breakfast Sandwich.

Jollibee is known for their Chickenjoy, so I just had to try the Chicken and Waffles Breakfast Sandwich. I loved the huge, crispy chicken patty nestled between two sweet waffles. It even came with a side of honey for dipping or drizzling!
The Longanisa Breakfast Sandwich is a traditional Filipino delight — pandesal with a sweet longanisa patty and a fluffy egg. Masarap! One bite and I’m back in the Philippines.
These sandwiches are indeed a “Jolly Way to Start Your Day.” Check out the Jollibee website to find locations where these are offered: https://www.jollibeefoods.com/jolly-breakfast

If you’re in the LA area, don’t sleep on it — these are only available at select locations for now!
