Ingredients: Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bread and Muffin Mix, Eggs, Vegetable Oil, Water

It’s no secret that I love pumpkin and it was pretty apparent in the fall postings that I had in this blog and for South Bay Foodies. Earlier, I wrote about finding pumpkin bread mix at Trader Joe’s. I was so excited to try and make something with it.

It’s very simple to make something with this pumpkin bread mix. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour into a baking pan sprayed with non-stick spray and then place in the oven for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

In 40 minutes, my kitchen was filled with the sweet aroma of fresh baked pumpkin bread. I cut the bread into little squares and tah dah…perfectly pumpkin-licious petite treats! Yay!
