Hello PCH Noodles!

The South Bay has a new Thai spot and I cannot be more excited. Being a fan of Thai cuisine; I definitely was excited to check out PCH Noodles in Lomita, California. Hours earlier I had learned about getting to be part of the Yelp Elite Squad 2024 and so it seemed perfect timing to try a new foodie place and celebrate!

I first started off my meal here with their Curry Puffs.

If I had to pick just one item that would make me come back to PCH Noodles; it would be these Curry Puffs! They were simply amazing. Made fresh to order; the Curry Puffs came out perfectly crisp and hot. The inside was filled with tender chicken breast, carrots, white onions, potatoes and savory curry sauce. It was so delicious and made for the perfect appetizers. Tiny in size but might in flavor is one way I would describe these delightful puffs.

The Curry Puffs definitely set my expectations high for their curry entrees. I chose to get their Green Curry

The Green Curry consists of green chili paste, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, thai basil and eggplant in a savory coconut milk broth. For all curry dishes; guests can choose the protein. My choice was chicken and I definitely felt this was a good choice because they put in lots of tender boneless chicken. I thought their take on Green Curry was very good. It had a great combination of flavors thanks to an array of warm spices mixed in with creamy coconut milk.

Aside from the Green Curry; I also got to try their Pad Woon Sen or Glass Noodles.

The Pad Woon Sen cosnisted of glass noddoles topped with egg, white onions, green onions, tomatos, celery and chicken. Just like the curry; you can choose your protein. I chose chicken but one can also choose from pork, tofu or veggies or subsitute for beef, shrimp, combination or seafood for an extra charge. Similar to the Green Curry that I had; I enjoyed this entree. I liked the tasty, light, smooth clear glass noodles that was stir fried in a savory sauce with lots of tender chicken.

I am already looking forward to a future visit to PCH Noodles and happy to see this place in the South Bay.
