Ever since The Point opened up in El Segundo, this Hello Kitty Foodie has loved every single spot there. I’ve tried North Italia, Hopdoddy, True Food Kitchen, Superba Food and Drink, Peet’s Coffee and Smitten Ice Cream. Now another new delicious spot has opened up and it no other than The Craft Shack!
Lil’ Simmzy’s is a sister restaurant of The Tin Roof Bistro, Manhattan Beach Post, Fishing with Dynamite and Simmzy’s.
Being a Beach Cities girl, I love the concept of Lil’ Simmzy’s. There is a simple and chic beach vibe. There are colorful beach chairs and umbrellas around the outdoor seating and a walk up counter where you can order food and drinks.
It’s all about beach bites with their menu . Items on the menu include a craft shack burger, grilled chicken sandwich, poke tacos, grilled fish tacos and a chicken apple walnut salad. Drinks wise you can find Hank’s soda, lemonade, iced tea and various wine, cocktails and a beer.
My food choice the day I wen was their cheesy nacho fries.
I can totally picture enjoying this at the beach. It’s shoestring fries, nacho cheese sauce, jalapeños , chile de Arbol sauce, sour cream, pico de gallo and ground beef. Full of flavor and unique, this dish is perfect as a side or main entree.
Lil’ Simmzy’s is a great addition to The Point. With its feel good vibe and classically beach bites, it’s a great place to enjoy a beautiful day at The Point.
