Located at the Promenade PV in Rolling Hills, I discovered a pho spot that truly takes things to the next level. Pho Red Bo is an incredible restaurant specializing in premium Wagyu, serving up dishes with American, Australian, and Japanese A5 Wagyu in creative and unforgettable ways.

I started my meal with some of Pho Red Bo’s house-made drinks. My friend went with the classic Thai Tea, while I tried the Passion Fruit Tea, a seasonal special. Fruity, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, the Passion Fruit Tea paired beautifully with the rich, savory dishes that followed. It’s was a great way to kick our mea and get ready for an indulgent Wagyu experience.

No meal at Pho Red Bo is complete without their famous Flaming Wagyu. Thin slices of premium American Wagyu are brought to the table raw and torched on a hot stone right in front of you. The result is tender, melt-in-your-mouth beef with a smoky, savory flavor. This isn’t just an appetizer—it’s a show and a must-try experience. I definitely recommend getting this dish!

Another not to be missed item is their Pho Sandwich. This is a bahn mi-style creation served French dip style. Tender Wagyu brisket, cheese and fresh herbs like cilantro are tucked inside a crispy baguette, served with a pho broth dipping sauce. Messy, cheesy, flavorful, and utterly delicious, this is one of the best pho-inspired sandwiches I’ve ever had.

Of course, I couldn’t skip the egg rolls. Golden brown, piping hot, and perfectly crispy on the outside, the flavorful filling inside made them absolutely excellent—simple yet satisfying.

For the main course, we sampled a variety of dishes:
Pho with Well-Done Brisket
This comforting soup features a rich, aromatic broth and tender, buttery Wagyu brisket. Each bite is a warm, savory delight that lingers, making every spoonful feel indulgent.

Wagyu Fried Rice
The Wagyu Fried Rice quickly became my favorite. Large, juicy pieces of Wagyu are scattered throughout perfectly cooked, fluffy rice, creating a dish that’s as indulgent as it is flavorful. Every bite was delicious, satisfying, and downright drool-worthy.

Shaken Beef with Rice
This dish is another true standout. Tender Wagyu is “shaken” together with sweet onions and crisp, vibrant peppers, creating a burst of flavor in every bite. The beef is perfectly cooked. It is juicy, buttery, and meltingly tender. The onions and peppers add just the right touch of freshness and crunch.

Every dish at Pho Red Bo showcases the quality of their ingredients and their creative approach to traditional Vietnamese cuisine. From the table-side torched Wagyu to the seasonal drinks, every bite feels thoughtful, elevated, and memorable.

I really loved how Pho Red Bo showcases premium beef and innovative takes on classic pho dishes—every plate left me impressed. It’s a restaurant truly worth visiting, and I left as a happy fan, already planning my next trip back.
