As someone who absolutely lives for a good cup of coffee, I’m always on the look out for new coffee spots to —so imagine my excitement when I saw that Cafe Dolce is now open! This new coffee shop in Torrance is currently in their soft opening phase.

The space is adorable—super cozy and welcoming. The seating area is filled with comfy straw chairs, fresh flowers on the tables, and an overall relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. It’s definitely my kinda place to hang out for a good cup of coffee.

They’ve got a soft menu up right now with all the coffee classics—drip, cappuccinos, lattes—and some teas and smoothies too. For food, they’re serving pastries from Baked LA, and in the afternoons they even have ice cream.

For my first visit here, I chose to get their ube latte. I am a big ube fan and really enjoyed this drink. The ube latte had that perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet, and it paired so well with the pastries. For pastries, I chose to get a cinnamon twist and a chocolate hazelnut almond croissant. The cinnamon twist was huge and perfect with coffee, and the croissant was flaky, nutty, and rich in all the right ways.

Cafe Dolce feels like a breath of fresh air. From the drinks to the pastries, the cozy vibes to the kind people—everything just felt right. I can already see this becoming one of my go-to spots. I left today with a happy heart and a full smile… and I already can’t wait to come back.
