For one day only, my favorite cupcake spot, SusieCakes Bakery, became my new go-to for tacos—April Fool’s! But here’s the twist… the tacos were 100% real (and 100% delicious).

It was like a Taco Tuesday like no other when SusieCakes Bakery introduced Susies tacos for one day only.

But instead of a savory taco, they created the sweetest twist ever:

✨ A soft snickerdoodle “tortilla” folded and filled with rich buttercream ‘meat,’ sweet ‘lettuce,’ ‘tomato,’ and ‘cheese.’ ✨

At first, it sounded too good to be true—was this just a clever prank? But nope, this dessert taco was 100% real, and let me tell you, it was just as delicious as it was adorable!

I couldn’t help but wonder… why is this not a permanent menu item?! I mean, a taco made of cookies and frosting? Absolute genius. If you missed out, let’s all start a petition to bring these back (because one day was definitely not enough).
