Today was such a sweet day! It’s no secret that I love SusieCakes Bakery. Ever since the Manhattan Beach location opened up more than 15 years ago; I’ve been a fan. I’m am super excited that as of today; they now have two locations in the South Bay! Today was the grand opening of their newest location in Torrance!

I am so thrilled that my favorite cupcake shop is in my hometown!

The Grand Opening event was complete with a DJ, music, photo backdrops and a ribbon cutting with Torrance Mayor George Chen.

There were plenty of sweet treats! I was thrilled to see some of my favorites like their Lemon Cupcake and Carrot Cake. I was also super happy to see that the season PSL cupcake was still available.

The sweetest moment however was when I got to meet Susie Sarich; the CEO and founder of SusieCakes Bakery!
