Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance this year recently introduced a new food court via their Patio Cafes. Here diners can enjoy their food in a garden like setting. There’s green shrub walls, open windows and high ceilings giving an overall fresh experience. In the recent month, I’ve watched Patio Cafe’s develop with many new restaurant openings. Just recently, one of my favorite pizza places opened up! Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza made it’s debut at Del Amo Fashion Center’s Patio Cafe this past May 31, 2014. The opening of Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza here marks the first ever opening of the franchise at a dining terrace.

I first discoved Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza last year when they opened up their first ever South Bay location in Rolling Hills Plaza. I instantly became a fan of the concept of the eatery. Diners choose from a vareity of fresh ingredients to make their own pizzas.

From sauces to cheeses to veggies and meats, each pizza is personalized to what you want! You get to watch you 11″ pizza created with all the toppings you choose and then it is fast fired for 180 seconds!

My personal favorite toppings are white cream sauce, ricotta cheese, chicken, crumbled meatball, roasted zucchini, sauteed onions, sliced mushrooms and red bell peppers! If you make a pizza with those toppings, you’ll have your own version of Hello Kitty Foodie Pizza! 😉
