A Hello Kitty lover, a book lover, and a Sanrio collector walk into a library… and come out with the cutest library card ever!

The new Hello Kitty & Friends library card from LA County Library is HERE, and my little Hello Kitty-loving heart couldn’t be happier!

I have always loved books! When I was a little girl, I always enjoyed going to the library with my dad. He would go to the video section and I would go to the children’s book section and pick out my favorite books! I loved Sweet Valley High and Babysitter’s Club growing up.

So when Hello Kitty & Friends teamed up with LA County Library, I knew this collaboration was right up my alley. A library card featuring Sanrio cuteness? Combining my love of reading with my love of collecting? This one was practically made for me!

The new LA County Library Hello Kitty & Friends card is more than just a library card for me. It is a kawaii little addition to my collection and a celebration of two things I love: Hello Kitty and books. It truly brings me back to childhood.
