Hello Saiga Eatery Orange!

“Eat Good. Eat Fast.”

That’s the tagline of Saiga Vietnamese Eatery, with locations in both Orange and Irvine, California — and after my visit, I can confidently say they live up to it. While the concept centers around fast Vietnamese takeout, the quality of the food is far beyond what you’d expect from a quick-service spot. I really enjoyed my experience here.

Pho

I started with their Combination Pho, and let me just say — it’s everything you want in a bowl of pho and more. The broth was rich, clear, and deeply flavorful. Packed with tender slices of filet mignon and brisket, the soup had that soul-warming, comforting quality that only a well-crafted pho can deliver.

Garlic Noodles with Pork Belly

Next up: the Garlic Noodles with Pork Belly. This dish was bursting with garlicky goodness, and the noodles had the perfect al dente texture. The pork belly was a standout — nicely seared, slightly crispy, and surprisingly lean. I especially loved the side of Peruvian green sauce that came with it. It added a zesty, herbaceous kick that took the flavors to the next level.

BBQ Chicken Banh Mi

Aside from the pho and noodles, I also tried the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi. The baguette was perfectly crisp and layered with a generous smear of their house-made mayo. It was filled with juicy BBQ chicken and topped with pickled carrots, fresh cilantro, and spicy jalapeños — a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and heat.

They say “Eat Good. Eat Fast.”

But honestly, Saiga Vietnamese Eatery serves up dishes that are worth slowing down and savoring.
