With spring in the air, I couldn’t resist 🐰 hopping back to one of my favorite spots —Omeli Kitchen in Fullerton, California. After such a great first experience a few months ago, I was excited to return to the OC and explore some new dishes. And let me tell you, they definitely didn’t disappoint!

Lobster Garlic Noodles

First up were the Lobster Garlic Noodles, and wow, the garlic flavor really shined. The noodles were perfectly tender, and the lobster was tossed with their signature house sauce, along with red onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, and green onion. Every bite was packed with flavor.

Crispy Chicken Wings

The Crispy Chicken Wings were another standout. Served fresh and hot, they had that perfect crunch with a delicious garlic kick. The special house sauce coated each wing beautifully, making them impossible to put down.

Pho Short Rib

Of course, I had to get the Pho Short Rib again — I just can’t stay away from that tender short rib and rich, comforting broth. It’s the kind of dish that warms you from the inside out.

Lomo Saltado

And because some things are too good not to repeat, I also ordered the Lomo Saltado. The filet mignon is always cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful. No surprise that it’s become a must-order for me!

Pacific Ocean and Tra Le Chi

I also tried the Pacific Ocean for the first time. It was such a refreshing treat, with the sweetness of peach purée, a splash of blue curaçao, and the soothing taste of jasmine green tea. A perfect drink to sip on while savoring all the bold flavors.

It’s safe to say Omeli Kitchen has become a favorite of mine. Already looking forward to the next visit!
