Hello and Happy Grand Opening Lotus Asian Grill!

Just this past August month; a new and delicious Asian fusion spot opened up in Redondo Beach, California. Lotus Asian Grill has their grand opening on August 23! This new modern Asian cuisine restaurant has quite an extensive menu that includes Japanese, Thai , Taiwanese and Chinese dishes. I was very blessed to be able to join their opening day as well as their Neighborhood parties and excited to share some of my favorite dishes from their new spot.

They have a variety of different appetizers but the one that caught my eye the is their Chicken Lettuce Wrap.

I loved wrapping the flavorful ground chicken in the crisp lettuce and dipping it in the accompanying sauce consisting of soy sauce and oyster sauce. This appetizer is light and the perfect way to start a meal at Lotus Asian Grill.

Whenever I go to Asian restaurants; I always want to get a noodle dish! Here at Lotus Asian Grill; they have a variety of mouthwatering noodle dishes. I’ve tried two on the menu so far; their Wok stirred Garlic Noodles as well as their Combination Lo Mein.

The Wok stirred Garlic noodle is perfect for any garlic lover.

The garlic mixed with the cheesy parmesan is a true party for the tastebuds! It is such a flavorful dish.

For those looking for a more traditional noodle dish; I recommend their Combination Chow Mein.

The Combination Chow Mein has beef, chicken, and shrimp along with plenty of veggies on top of long noodles.

Alongside their noodle and rice dishes; Lotus Asian Grill has plenty of savory dishes.

From their chicken dishes; I love their Kung Pao Chicken.

Their Kung Pao Chicken has tender pieces of chicken mixed in with zucchini, onion and lots of peanuts. Tho dish has just the right hint of spice.

From their pork menu; I enjoyed their Pork Belly in Black Bean Sauce.

This dish had plenty of large pieces of pork belly topped off with some savory black bean sauce.

From their beef dishes; the Black Pepper Filet Mignon was my favorite. This was actually my most favorite dish of the whole night!

I loved the tender pieces of Filet Mignon. It practically melted in my mouth.

I truly had a delicious and fun time dining at Lotus Asian Grill not just once but twice now. I am excited that they are in the South Bay and looking forward to more dinners here.
