Today was an exciting day for Hello Kitty Foodie because I got to meet Sanrio character designer Misaki. She came all the way from Tokyo to make a special appearance in California.

It was one exciting event! Misaki was there to do signature art boards with a Sanrio Character drawing. She was drawing Hello Kitty, My Melody and Little Twin Stars. It was so amazing to watch her draw each character. She is one talented Sanrio artist.

I got some free snacks while I was there too! I got the teriyaki and corn flavors. These tasty and kawaii snacks were perfect for this kawaii event!

The best part of this event was when I got my signature art board because it had a special mention of the Hello Kitty Foodie blog!

It was truly an honor to meet Misaki! I am glad to have been able to be a part of this special visit and I love my one of kind special drawing! It’s one of the best shout outs this blog has ever had! Hello Kitty loves Hello Kitty Foodie! Yay! Thank you!
