The long wait is over! Lee’s Sandwiches is finally open in Torrance and today I attend their grand opening celebration.
The long line for the famous sandwiches started early and just kept going, going and going!
Lee’s was nice to offer some yummy free samples for the visitors today. Deli manjoo cake and iced coffee were given out.
We came here for breakfast and tried out the ham, bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Soft croissant filled with melted cheese and meat, made for a nice morning treat.
We could not walk away without trying one of their famous bahn mi! From the Asian sandwich menu, we got the grilled pork! It comes in their ten inch baguette that is baked fresh. The sandwich was filled with the sweet pork, daikon and carrot, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, house mayo, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Yum!
Since it was the grand opening, we had a choice of getting free coffee or a baguette. We chose to get the free iced coffee. It definitely will be sure to bring energy to your day because it is strong in flavor!
We also got some egg rolls to go to bring to some family. I tried one of these chicken egg rolls and was instantly a fan. It is packed with ingredients and full of flavor!
Welcome to Torrance Lee’s Sandwiches! Hello Kitty Foodie and the South Bay welcomes you and is oh so happy to see you here! 🙂
