My friends and I had a great time on Saturday with cupcake decorating at the Duff’s Cakemix studio owned by Chef Duff Goldman of Food Network’s Ace of Cakes.

For my cupcake kit I got four flavors: four flavors: red velvet, chocolate, marble and chocolate. I chose to do a Hello Kitty and friends cupcake theme with Hello Kitty, Keroppi, Badtz Maru and My Melody

It was a Saturday and the place was packed with people! Ingredients were running out. There was no more white frosting and white fondant which led to a orange faced My Melody cupcake for me. Hehe! It was fun times, nonetheless, and we even a got a photo op with Duff! (My photo was even liked by Duff’s cupcakes on Instagram a couple days later!)

Fun times all around! Cupcakes and friends! It was awesome!
