Hello and Happy Grand Opening Bruxie El Segundo! The famous chicken and waffle spot has landed at Apollo Landing in El Segundo!

From savory to sweet; Bruxie Waffles offers some of the best chicken and waffle dishes. They have locations in Orange, Costa Mesa, Brea, North Hollywood, Santa Monica and even George. Now they are in El Segundo and I am so happy to see them in the South Bay!

My favorite savory dish is their Holy Chicken!

The Holy Chicken has maple glazed chicken, applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, sriracha Mayo and a sunny side up egg. I love when the egg drizzles all over the fried chicken. This dish has the perfect flavor profile. There is a little bit of saltiness with the applewood smoked bacon. There is a little bit of sweet with the maple glazed chicken. It all comes together for the ultimate waffle sandwich!

My favorite sweet dish here is the Creme Brûlée and Strawberries Waffle sandwich.

The Creme Brûlée and Strawberries waffle sandwich has silky smooth sweet cream brûlée topped with fresh strawberries. I love Creme brûlée and this a lovely unique treat!

Alongside their savory and sweet dishes; Bruxie offers some tasty refreshing drinks such as Strawberry Lemonade, Iced Coffee and shakes! With it being a hot summer; their drinks are the perfect refreshment!
