Today’s homemade creation is pea sprouts with chopped garlic!
Ingredients: olive oil, pea sprouts, chopped garlic
I love pea sprouts! It is one of my favorite leafy greens because it is both delicious and healthy!
They are high in anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins. They even help moisturize the skin!
Cooking it is simple and easy, thus making it a quick healthy treat. They are often served sautéed but they can also be served on top of salads.
My preference is sautéed pea sprouts with garlic. Simply add a little oil to a pan, simmer and then add chopped garlic. Stir for a couple seconds and add the pea sprouts. Continue to stir for two minutes and then serve while still fresh.
Healthy, delicious and will give glowing skin, what’s not to like? Pea sprouts are great!
