Hello summer solstice! I am celebrating the first day of summer with some fresh strawberries dipped in my homemade cream cheese frosting!

I had some cream cheese frosting left over from when I made pumpkin pie donuts and thought of putting them on some strawberries. Isn’t amazing what you can do with leftovers? I am a fan of white chocolate dipped strawberries and this was a way of me putting a different kind of spin on dipped strawberries. ;). It’s my way of celebrating what I hope to be a sweet summer of filled with time with family, friends, good food and more happy blog posts! 🙂
